APG Property Owner Resources

Your Questions, Answered

Straightforward answers for property owners considering working with APG.

Common Questions

How is Atlas Property Group different from a traditional real estate agent?

APG is a private acquisition firm — not a listing agency, and not a commission-based brokerage. We don't list your property or charge fees. Instead, we evaluate your property directly, conduct an on-site assessment, and present structured options based on what we find. You receive clear information. You decide what to do with it.

How long does the process take?

APG responds to every intake submission within 24 hours. After scheduling an on-site walkthrough at your convenience, we complete our internal assessment and present options typically within 3 to 5 business days. If you choose to move forward, we work on your timeline — not ours.

Do I need to make repairs before selling?

No. APG evaluates every property in its current condition. We document existing repair needs as part of our internal assessment and factor them into our evaluation and offer structure. You are not required to repair, clean, or prepare the property before working with us.

What if I'm facing foreclosure or need to sell quickly?

APG works with property owners across a full range of circumstances — including pre-foreclosure, probate, divorce, estate situations, and urgent timelines. Every situation is evaluated individually. We present options and let you decide the path that works best for your position.

Are there any fees or obligations?

No. The property intake form and on-site walkthrough are completely free with no obligation. There are no hidden fees, no commissions, and no pressure. APG presents options — the decision is entirely yours.

What types of properties do you work with?

APG works with all types of residential properties — including single-family homes, small multifamily units, condos, and townhouses. We specialize in properties requiring repairs, vacant or distressed assets, inherited properties, and assets in neighborhoods often overlooked by traditional institutional buyers.

Before the Walkthrough

APG evaluates every property as-is. The following steps can help make the walkthrough process as accurate and efficient as possible.

1

Gather Property Information

Have available any information about past repairs, improvements, or known issues. This helps us provide a more accurate assessment.

2

Provide Access to All Areas

We'll need to view the entire property including attic, basement, and garage to complete a thorough evaluation.

3

Be Open About Concerns

Share any concerns or questions you have. We're here to provide clarity and honest assessment, not a sales pitch.

4

Take Photos if Helpful

If certain areas are difficult to access or you have photos of recent damage, feel free to share them with us.
